A first for Premios Juventud
Premios Juventud is an annual Spanish-language awards show celebrating Hispanic and Latino talent across music, sports, fashion, film and pop culture.
Unlike many awards shows, the winners are chosen directly by fans through online voting.
This year marked a special milestone for the event, as Premios Juventud was held in Europe for the first time, bringing the celebration to Spain.
