Taylor Swift has skipped Travis Kelce’s NFL game in Minnesota.
During the Sunday NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Vikings at the US Bank Stadium in Minnesota, NFL announcers confirmed that the Lover singer was not in attendance to support the Chiefs player.
“In case you’re wondering, seven words I thought would never leave my lips in my career, what are they? Taylor Swift is not at the game,” commentator Jim Nantz told viewers. “There are some brokenhearted people I just saw in the stands. She was questionable all week, but it looks like it’s officially inactive for today.”
After rampant dating rumours between the pair arose earlier this year, Taylor, 33, cheered on Travis, 34, at the previous two Chiefs games against the Chicago Bears and the New York Jets. The superstar has even been photographed chatting with and hugging Travis’s mother Donna Kelce.
After his Jets game, Travis commented on an Instagram post by Erin Andrews and her Calm Down podcast co-host Charissa Thompson – who encouraged Taylor to date Travis in an August episode of their pod.
“You two are something else!” the sports star wrote. “I owe you big time!”
